1. What we collect
Account email, usage analytics (page views, run counts), and run metadata (gene names, model selected, timestamp). We do not collect or retain raw sequence data beyond the active session.
2. How we use it
To operate the platform, improve performance, and generate anonymised usage statistics. We do not sell data. We do not use sequences for model training.
3. Third-party transmission
When you run a prediction, your sequence is transmitted to the relevant provider:
We do not control their data handling.
4. Data retention
Session data: deleted on session end. Account data: retained until account deletion. Run metadata: retained for 90 days, then anonymised.

6. Security
Sequences are transmitted over HTTPS. No sequences are stored at rest on Surface 2 servers.
